APPLICATION FOR NEW LIFE MEMBERSHIP

  I, hereby, declare that all the particulars stated in this membership form are true to the best of my knowledge. I desire to become a member of the Indian Society for Heat and Mass Transfer (and ISHMT-Regional Chapter, Trivandrum). I agree that I will be governed by the Rules and Regulations of this Society (and the Chapter) as long as I remain a Member of the Society (and the Chapter).

Eligibility Criteria for Life Membership:

1. Persons over 21 years of age having a Master’s degree in Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with two years experience in Teaching/Research/Industry.
2. Residency in Kerala or its bordering districts.

Fee:
1. ₹. 10,000 ₹. 7,500/-, a one-time payment for Life Membership that will enable candidate memberships to both ISHMT and ISHMT-RCT. Account details for payment:

1. All fields in the form must be filled in, and photo and signature uploads are compulsory for a successful submission of the application.
2. Upon successful submission, a "Registered successfully" notification will appear on the top of the page. An email acknowledgment by ISHMT-RCT will be sent within 10 days from the date of receipt of application.
3. After receiving the acknowledgement email from ISHMT-RCT, for the issuance of the membership number and e-membership card by ISHMT, kindly complete registration at https://ishmt.iitm.ac.in/membership. And please forward the e-membership card to ishmtkerala@gmail.com for the issuance of the ISHMT-RCT membership number and membership card.
4. The discounted rate is for a limited period, and is applicable only until May 15, 2026.
